Klein & Wilson bills its attorneys at $375 per hour, which is substantially less than the fees charged by large firms. Legal assistants are billed at $95-$140 per hour. In select matters, Klein & Wilson will handle cases on a contingency fee basis, meaning the firm will collect its fees only if the client prevails in the litigation. Contingency fees generally range between 33% and 40%, depending upon the complexity of the matter, the firm's investment in it, and whether the matter settles before trial. Klein & Wilson will also consider flat fee arrangements and alternative fee agreements to satisfy clients.
